EXPERIENCE

SPEQ provides staffing and technology solutions for the Electric Power Industry, specializing in commercial nuclear. Although we are a relatively new company, our founding team has decades of experience working for the utilities’ A/E’s, Engineering Consultants, NSSS companies and plant owners. We are proud to have been awarded our first contract with Amec Foster Wheeler AES Inc. (now Kinectrics AES Inc.) just one month after we began operation. In addition to assisting with preparation for their transition to new ownership (accounting and business management services), we also provide engineering and project management staffing services for them and their clients. 1

SPEQ’s current staff includes very experienced engineers, project managers and business managers that have multi-decade-long experience in responsible positions within their discipline or field.

Our staffs’ background is primarily in the Electric Power Industry; nuclear generation, fossil generation, renewables and energy delivery. Much of the nuclear experience, working in an environment of rigorous technical and quality requirements, has applicability to the military, commercial aviation & space, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, hazardous waste and other highly regulated industries.
